My name is Katie and I offer one-to-one confidential therapy sessions in Blandford Forum, Dorset. I am a fully insured counsellor and psychotherapist with an enhanced DBS check and I hold Accredited membership status with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth. Therapy gives you the freedom to express yourself without fear of judgement and a chance to talk openly with a professional who is there to listen and support you, separate from your personal relationships. Together we can explore different ways of thinking and seek alternative perspectives to help you reach an understanding of who you are and how your experiences have impacted you.
